Two things. First, what you enter in the application form: your name, age, gender, nationality, country of residence, email address and WhatsApp number. Second, the WhatsApp message you send our HR team, which shows us your WhatsApp name, your number and what you wrote. If you email us, we also get your email address and message.
Yes, the usual technical details any website receives: IP address, browser and device, the page you opened, where you came from and the time. Our hosting provider keeps these to run and protect the site, and we don't match them to applications.
Every field on the form is required, because without it we may not be able to reach you or pass your application to the employer. If there's a detail you'd rather not give, email careers@hyreboab.com before applying and we'll tell you whether we can go ahead without it.
Yes. Never send passwords, codes from text messages, bank or card numbers, your tax file number or pictures of your ID. HyreBoab never needs or asks for them, and deletes any that arrive.
To reply to your application and send you role details, to pass your application to the employer for the role you chose, to answer questions you send by email or WhatsApp, to keep a record of applications and conversations, to deal with complaints and misuse, and to meet the law.
No. Your details are never sold or rented, and applying does not put you on a marketing list. If a different employer might suit you better, we'll ask you first and share nothing for that unless you agree.

Cloudflare hosts and secures hyreboab.com and forwards email sent to our address. WhatsForm runs the application form and keeps a copy of what you submit. Google Analytics, loaded by the form, counts visits and form submissions. Google Ads tells us whether our adverts lead to applications. Google Fonts serves the fonts, so your browser loads them from Google. WhatsApp, part of Meta, delivers messages between you and our HR team. Each works under its own terms. If we add any other service, it'll be listed here before we use it.
Only if a law requires it, or if the law allows it and it's reasonably needed to investigate misuse or protect someone's rights.
After the form, you finish your application by sending HR one WhatsApp message. Our button opens WhatsApp with the message ready, addressed to our HR team's number, which you'll see at the top of the chat. It doesn't send by itself; you check it and press Send. Your form answers reach us as soon as you submit, before WhatsApp opens. Can't use WhatsApp? Email careers@hyreboab.com and we'll help another way.
Yes, a few. Our hosting provider may use a strictly necessary security cookie to keep out bots. Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag can set or read cookies and similar identifiers so they can count visits and tell when a visit from an advert ends in an application. We don't use remarketing cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and the site and the form still work.
We measure, but we don't follow you around. hyreboab.com has one Google Ads tag (AW-18346492151): when the form is submitted, it tells Google a submission happened, along with technical identifiers from your visit. The form also loads Google Analytics (G-2Z539KY6KL), which records page views and form submissions. Your name, age, number, email and other answers never go into these events or into any measurement link. We don't use enhanced conversions, Customer Match or remarketing lists. You can limit ad personalisation in your Google account or by blocking cookies, and any new tag will be listed here first.
It can. Cloudflare, WhatsForm, Google and WhatsApp operate in many countries, including the United States. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles for overseas disclosures, and you can email us for details.
Up to twelve months after our last real conversation with you about a role, then it's deleted. We'll delete it sooner if you ask, and only keep it longer if the law or an open dispute requires. Hosting logs are usually gone within 30 days.
The site uses HTTPS and only the people handling applications can open them. No system is perfect, so if a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Not necessarily. An employer or WhatsApp may keep its own copy, which we don't control. We'll tell you who to contact.
Yes. Write to careers@hyreboab.com to see them, correct them, delete them, withdraw your application or raise a concern. We may check it's you. We aim to reply within 30 days and will explain if something can't be done. Withdrawing can't undo an introduction already made.
Just tell us and we'll update your record.
No. A person reads every application, and the employer decides who to hire.
hyreboab.com is for adults looking for work. If we find a child's information, we delete it.
Email careers@hyreboab.com and explain what happened. We'll look into it and reply in writing. If you're still not satisfied, reply and someone who wasn't involved will review it from the beginning.
It may. Changes are posted here with a new date, and if they affect information we already hold, we'll let you know first where the law requires.
"Personal information" is used as the Privacy Act uses it: information about you that identifies you or reasonably could. Your "application record" is what's created when you apply. The "employer" is the business offering the role you picked.
No. HyreBoab only has what you gave us. We don't buy lists, use data brokers or collect details from social media.
No. HyreBoab only contacts you about a role you applied for or a question you asked. If you get marketing that claims to be from us, please let us know.
